By visiting Home Chef Scorecard or taking the quiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Home Chef Scorecard is a free personality quiz that scores your cooking habits, identifies a chef profile, and follows up with tailored recommendations. Results are provided for informational purposes and reflect the inputs you provide on the quiz.

Results are not professional culinary, dietary, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment when acting on any suggestion.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the quiz only for your own personal use. Do not submit information that belongs to another person without their consent, and do not attempt to manipulate, scrape, or reverse-engineer the assessment.

When you submit the quiz you agree to receive your results email and a short follow-up sequence related to your profile. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops non-transactional email immediately.

The quiz, scoring system, chef profiles, copy, images, and code are owned by Home Chef Scorecard. You may share your own results page freely. Republishing, reselling, or commercially adapting the assessment itself is not permitted without written consent.

The site uses third-party infrastructure (web hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, and ad measurement). Their handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. When you use a link or feature provided by a third party (for example, scheduling a call through a calendar widget), that third party's own terms apply.

The site and the assessment are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Chef Scorecard and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site, the quiz, or any follow-up recommendations. Total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, which for the free quiz is zero.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction.
